Lionel and Danielle were super chilled and I think I was getting more stressed when Danielle didn’t even have her dress in the room with 45 minutes to go before the service started. As they say you can’t start without the bride. The plans got changed after the service and instead of going to the Moses Mabhida Stadium for the photoshoot Lionel and Danielle wanted to go to the Point Road area. This meant that the photoshoot would take a lot longer than planned due to the time spent traveling but if they didn’t mind keeping the guests waiting then neither did I. We had a lot of fun around the old buildings and canals and even ended up in a dodgy bar where the locals could not get enough of the newly wed couple haha. It was still early when we finished so I took them to a side street in town so that we could photograph them and the vintage car. After that it was off to greet the very patient ( they were in the beginning) guests and start with the reception formalities. Jannes and his staff did a fantastic job all evening and once again the food did not disappoint (the roast lamb was outrageous). Once the formalities were over Steven got the dance floor pumping and kept it that way all night. It was a fun day and Lionel and Danielle really enjoyed themselves and enjoyed the company of their friends and family. All the best to the both of you.
