The other day I bumped into Warwick Thomas outside our studio and got chatting. He is the executive chef / owner of Fat Cow Catering and Training School. Today I had the opportunity to visit their awesome setup and shoot some of the food that he was preparing for an upcoming competition. The menu had my taste buds dancing a jig with each of the courses being a three way something. Starters: Trout three ways, Main Course: Springbok three ways, and Dessert: Butternut three ways. YUM!!
